STUDIO POLICIES

 

DEPOSITS
WELDON BOND STUDIOS requires a 100% non-refundable deposit to reserve our studio. If client doesn’t call, arrive and checkin with ID within 1hr of booked time, Weldon Bond Studios reserves the right to release remaining studio time.

CANCELLATIONS
If the client cancels within 10 days of their reserved time, they may reschedule for a later date 1 time. Studio time is not transferable or resellable. Only the client listed will be able to take possession of the studio space at the reserved time. If client doesn’t call, arrive and checkin with ID within 1hr of booked time, Weldon Bond Studios reserves the right to release remaining studio time.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client accepts responsibility for any and all damage to the walls, floors, equipment, fixtures, appliances, couches, props and anything housed or affixed on or inside the studio during the time of their booking. The client is responsible for REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT MISSING OR DAMAGED. The client is also responsible for returning the studio to the same condition as it was at the beginning of their rental. Weldon Bond Studio will accept responsibility for standard cleaning after the client’s booking has ended. All trash is to be placed in the receptacles by the client and/or production crew. A $50 excessive clean up fee will be applied to the clients bill if the studio is not returned to an acceptable condition. If client doesn’t call, arrive and checkin with ID within 1hr of booked time, Weldon Bond Studios reserves the right to release remaining studio time.

RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY

Clients will not be able to rebook if a client abuses the scheduling system or does not exhibit professional photography etiquette with studio management and/or other members.
